You will be responsible for ensuring that clothing is cleaned and processed to serve customers by managing, washing, and processing hospital and hotel linen.

• Sorting laundry by type.
• Customer change techniques.
• Rejection control.
• Coordinate and supervise the preparation of laundry delivery carts, check that the units listed are correct.
• Delivery of laundry to the customer, washing, ironing, and sewing of laundry if the service requires it.
• Collection of dirty laundry from the different units, to place it in the designated cages, for shipment to the plant.
• Organize and check that the parking order of the finished carts matches the established schedule.
• Draft delivery note control.
• Delivery note correction.
• Ensure order and cleanliness are maintained in their section.
• Quality control of the final product.
• Weighing clean/dirty laundry.
• Loss control.
• Laundry control and report of needs for plant management.
• Warehouse laundry control.
• Receiving incoming and outgoing clothing from the warehouse.
