The role

We are looking for an Operations Manager with a clear vocation for team management and the coordination of daily productive activity.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the daily activity of the workshop and the logistics area.
Lead and develop a team of approximately 25 people.
Plan production based on demand and commercial needs.
Ensure correct coordination between the Production, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing areas.
Monitor orders, delivery deadlines, and compliance with service levels.
Resolve operational incidents and make agile decisions on a day-to-day basis.
Organize human and material resources to guarantee maximum operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, organization, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety, and good practices.
Maintain a constant presence in the operation, accompanying the teams and guaranteeing the correct execution of daily activities.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

University or technical degree related to Operations, Engineering, Industrial Organization, Logistics, or similar.
Experience of between 3 and 5 years in coordination or supervision positions in operations, production, or logistics.
Experience managing teams in productive environments with a significant manual component.
Capacity for planning, organization, and problem-solving.
Operational profile, close to the business and accustomed to working on the ground.
Leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Results orientation and the ability to operate in dynamic and changing environments.
Experience in food sector companies, consumer goods, or artisanal and industrial environments will be valued.
Experience or knowledge in Business Central.
