Requirements

What we're looking for

✅ Previous experience as a Parking Assistant or in similar customer service positions.
✅ A valid driver's license is essential.
✅ Basic handling of IT tools.
✅ Availability to work in rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and night.

💰 Salary according to collective agreement: 1,235 € gross/month in 14 payments + Night shift and holiday bonuses.

The role

Do you have experience in customer service and parking management? We are looking for Parking Assistants for different shopping centers, with availability to work in rotating shifts.

What you'll do

Customer service and assistance.
Cashiering and credit card terminal operations.
Use of IT tools for service management.
Control and supervision of access barriers.
Replenishing tickets in vending machines.
Management of alarms and incidents.
Carrying out control rounds to verify the correct functioning of the facilities.
Basic maintenance and general supervision of the parking lot.

How you'll work

📅 Full-time position of 40 hours per week.
🕒 Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with rest days established by law.
