We are currently looking for a team leader profile for a major logistics operator located in the Meco industrial estate.
What you'll do
The tasks to be performed will be:
- Planning, control, and monitoring of different operations (dashboards, productivity, ``KPIs'')
- Identification of needs and improvement proposals
- Daily supervision of warehouse operations and operational support
- Direct leadership of the team
Requirements
. Great communication skills and ability to manage tasks in a dynamic environment
. Organized, proactive people with great leadership capacity
. Management of teams of between 5-15 people
. Good proficiency in Excel and Office tools (Questions will be asked during the interview to verify level)
. Analytical capacity
. Availability to work rotating shifts
. Residence in the Corredor del Henares. Own vehicle for commuting
. Forklift license and experience
