In the course of this growth, we want you to join us as a Production Supervisor, having the opportunity to join the team at our Work Center.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be key in managing our team; you will supervise all activities related to plant production processes, ensuring that the quality, efficiency, and sustainability standards that characterize the company are met.

More specifically, your challenges will be:

• • Distribute, standardize, and supervise the tasks to be performed and the operators involved.
  • Control staff attendance using attendance sheets or daily rosters. Notify the production manager if any anomalies are found.
  • Distribute effective personnel during the shift in the most optimal manner.
  • Supervise your team of section supervisors and their performance.
  • Assignment and reassignment of operators to their positions, requesting and releasing them based on needs.
  • Supervision of the correct use of machinery and tools for clothing processing.
  • Control and monitoring of area KPIs, order and processing times for clients, and verification per client between Kg washed and Kg clean.
  • Ensure compliance with the washing and processing order in accordance with the production plan.
  • Enforce the tasks assigned to each position, including the management of shrinkage and rejects; supervising the work performed by the operators.
  • Management of machine incidents in coordination with the maintenance department.
  • You will support the staff, favoring and promoting the autonomy of the workers.
