About the role

At ILUNION FACILITY SERVICES we are looking for a person to join as a Recruitment Technician in the People department.

What you'll do

-Carrying out recruitment tasks and personnel selection processes in the services sector.
- Attending job fairs, establishing contacts with public bodies, private entities, and foundations to identify and attract the best professionals in the sector.
- Conducting telephone and in-person interviews, group dynamics...
- Monitoring selection processes.
- Managing the Onboarding process and monitoring new hires
- Supporting other areas of the People department.
