About the role

-Realización de tareas de reclutamiento y procesos de selección de personal de operativa sector servicios.
- Asistencia a ferias de empleo, establecer contactos con organismos públicos, privados, fundaciones para detectar y captar a los/as mejores profesionales del sector.
- Realizar entrevistas telefónicas y presenciales, dinámicas de grupo...
- Seguimiento de procesos de selección.
- Gestión proceso Onboarding y seguimiento de las incorporaciones
