Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational training in Administration and Finance, Transport and Logistics, International Trade.
Minimum B1 level of English. Ability to provide French will be valued.
Advanced handling of Excel,
Handling or knowledge of SAP

The role

PLANNING AND MANUFACTURING ORDERS

Registration and verification in SAP of industrial process orders in owned and third-party centers: industrial route, lists of consumed materials, quality data of batches, and finished products.

Updating of manufacturing data and unlocking of available stock.

PROCUREMENT

Creation in SAP of purchase orders for finished products, bulk goods, phytosanitary products, pallets, shrink wrap plastic, cardboard, sacks, etc.

Intercompany Order Management.

Recording in SAP of invoices associated with raw material entries and supplier settlements

Gross salary: 22,000 euros per year

Schedule would be Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:15, with one hour for lunch and flexible start time. 38.75 hours per week. Meal allowance

From November 1st to December/January.
