Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (60 hours).
Experience in using time and attendance control programs.
Initial contract for temporary sick leave replacement, real possibility of joining the company permanently after a few months.
Expected schedule: Monday to Friday, schedule flexibility to be discussed with the team.
Salary according to Salary Level G5 of the metal industry collective agreement.

What you'll do

Occupational Risk Prevention Coordinator:
Document management: Control of planning, risk sheets, etc.
Monitoring of health analyses and preventive actions.
Anti-harassment protocols.
Control of stocks and expiration dates of safety materials (extinguishers) and protection equipment (eyewash stations, PPE...).
Administrative and personnel management:
Control of clock-ins and absences, sick leave, vacations, night shifts,...
Work vouchers.
Data protection law.
Orders for office material and various supplies.
Other support tasks for the administration department.
