The role

From our Molins de Rei office, we need to recruit a commercial back office administrator to work for a client company located in Molins de Rei.

What you'll do

Functions:

  • Management and follow-up of customer orders.
  • Issuance of delivery notes and invoices.
  • Telephone/email customer service and support for sales representatives.
  • Stock control and coordination with warehouse and logistics.
  • Resolution of order and after-sales issues.
