Administrative Assistant / Virtual Assistant

• 3+3 month contract via ETT and subsequently a permanent contract with the company.
• Schedule from 07:00 - 15:00, Monday to Friday.
• Salary: €22,000 - €23,000 gross/annual.

We are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for the commercial department to provide Back Office support for a company specialized in the integral management of auxiliary services for companies, located in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda.

• Support with waste documentation (from production centers, managers, etc.).
• Support for the traceability required by the Waste Agency through its platform (SDR).
• Manage the offers made by sales representatives to each client within the management software.

• Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with management software/ERP.
• Familiarity with document management platforms (ideally SDR – Waste Agency of Catalonia).
