What we're looking for
👍 WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Training in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or similar.
- Previous experience in administrative, accounting, or financial functions, preferably managing large accounts.
- Experience in high-volume work environments such as large account billing.
- Knowledge of billing, purchase orders, reconciliations, and financial administrative processes.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP or financial management systems is valued.
- Experience in debt collection is valued.

- Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:15 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.
- Salary: €11.62 gross/hour.
- Temporary contract + possibility of extension.

From the RAS office in ALCALA DE HENARES, we are selecting a BILLING CLERK for a company in the ENVIRONMENTAL sector located in SAN FERNANDO DE HENARES.
What you'll do
👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative and accounting management.
- Billing for different areas or branches, as well as suppliers, coordinating with purchasing, operations, or other departments to resolve incidents.
- Management of different email inboxes.
- Backup for other administrative staff.
- Support in monthly and annual closings.
