Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions related to renting, fleets, or corporate mobility.
Good level of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data control and monitoring).
Experience in administrative management and coordination with suppliers.
Service orientation and experience in employee/internal customer service.
Organized, proactive profile with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Availability for immediate incorporation.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Temporary agency contract (ETT) until the end of the year.
40-hour weekly working day. Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 17:30. Friday 8:00 to 14:00.
Depending on experience.

From our Molins de Rei office, we need to recruit a Fleet and Travel Management Administrator to work for a client company located in Molins de Rei.

What you'll do

Operational and administrative management of the vehicle fleet.
Management and monitoring of fines.
Administration and control of Via-T devices.
Administrative management of SOLRED cards.
User support and operational tasks related to the corporate travel tool.
Attention and resolution of employee inquiries related to mobility, company vehicles, and travel.
Coordination with external providers and monitoring of incidents.
