What you'll get
Stability and projection: From the beginning, you will join a new department with room to grow with it, in a leading company in the agri-food sector.
Professional development: Continuous training provided by the company in agricultural aid and CAP regulations, in our biotechnological solutions, and in client management. You will also have tutoring from specialists during the implementation phase.
The role
At Fertinagro Biotech, we continue to grow our team and are looking to hire a Grants Administrative Technician to support our teams in managing aid for our clients (Fruit and Vegetable Producer Organizations - OPFH).
If you are an organized, detail-oriented person who enjoys administrative work, this is your opportunity to join a new and strategic department in a multinational company that is a benchmark in biotechnology applied to plant nutrition and is committed to more efficient and sustainable agriculture.
What you'll do
You will work alongside the managers of each OPFH within Fertinagro and provide them with all the support they need to monitor their clients and manage their grants. You will be responsible for detecting funding opportunities, preparing documentation, controlling deadlines, and ensuring impeccable justification. Your goal will be to ensure that each organization makes the most of their Operational Program funds in organic fertilization, biostimulation, soil improvement, and agronomic efficiency actions. You will have your own already-developed methodology and the support of regulatory specialists as well as our technical and R&D teams.
Support in client management: Provide support to the managers of each OPFH in monitoring their clients: prepare meetings and documentation, record agreements and next steps, and ensure they are met.
Portfolio monitoring: Keep the information for each OPFH up to date (status of their Operational Program, open files, deadlines, and incidents) and notify the team of pending actions.
Funding search: Monitor the regulations and calls for applications that affect OPFHs (Operational Programs for the fruit and vegetable sectoral intervention, CAP aid, regional, national, and European lines) and identify those that fit each client.
Opportunity analysis: Analyze the Operational Program of each OPFH (annualities, ongoing actions, crops, areas, and environmental spending margin) to support the team's proposal of actions.
File management: Prepare and review applications, reports, action sheets, and indicators, and control deadlines with the administration.
Monitoring and justification: Collect and verify evidence (delivery notes, invoices, farm logs, photographic records) and prepare the final report.
Internal coordination and reporting: Centralize the department's information and coordinate it with the commercial, technical, and administrative teams. Maintain a dashboard with calls for applications, files, requested and justified amounts, and deadlines.
