What we're looking for

If you have a B driving license and the desire to be part of an operational and dynamic team, this could be your opportunity!

Type B driving license mandatory, Spanish or duly homologated/exchanged in Spain. Permits in process are not accepted; it must already be exchanged/homologated.
Valid DNI or NIE.
Certificate proving the absence of criminal records.
Availability to complete an online and in-person training course, which is free and unpaid.

Nice to have

Previous experience will be valued in physical labor and/or logistics: warehouse worker, assembly assistant, order picker, etc.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Salary reference: €19,295 gross per year for a full-time 40-hour week, in 14 payments.
Variables and supplements extra: Overtime: €14.79/hour, Night shift: €1.90, Split shift: €22.53, Sundays and holidays: €3.49.

The role

Would you like to be part of the team in an important airport environment in Madrid?

We are looking for Ramp Agents to join our airport operations. We are looking for dynamic, responsible people with full availability to work in rotating shifts, who enjoy active work and want to develop their experience in the airport sector.

What you'll do

Performing loading and unloading tasks of luggage and goods from aircraft.
Transporting and organizing luggage, materials, and equipment in the ramp area.
Supporting the preparation and conditioning of the aircraft during ground operations.
Handling and using the equipment and auxiliary means necessary for the development of the activity, following established procedures.

How you'll work

Conditions:

Initial contract: 3-month temporary contract, with the possibility of transformation to a permanent seasonal contract.
Initial schedule: 15 hours per week. Possibility of real schedule extensions according to operational needs, potentially reaching full-time or approaching it during high season.
Schedule: rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday with two days of rest as established by law.
