The role

From our Molins de Rei office, we need to recruit an Administrative Assistant to work at a client company located in Molins de Rei.

What you'll do

Functions:

Enter product receipts into the system.
Perform advanced administrative tasks related to the management of orders for both suppliers and customers.
Telephone / email customer service regarding orders and requests from our own points of sale.
Contact suppliers to claim deliveries or product discrepancies.
Contact customers to seek new orders, provide service, handle customer complaints, and check the status of offers.
Manage open orders, loads, and delivery dates with customers and manufacturers.
Process shipments.
Administrative tasks for sales support and archive management.
Assist in inventory counts.
