The role

A company in the transport agency sector located in Badalona needs to hire an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service representative. The selected person will perform the following functions:

- Telephone, in-person, and email customer service.

- Reception and tracking of shipments and collections.

- Computer data entry.

- Resolution of incidents in dispatch, delivery, and returns.

- Coordination of delivery drivers and routes.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar or equivalent position.
  • We are looking for a responsible, proactive, dynamic, and versatile person.
  • Residence near the workplace is valued.
