The role

At Marlex Professionals, we are collaborating with a leading company in its sector, located in Malgrat de Mar, which is currently looking to incorporate a person to provide support to its quality department. We are looking for an administrative, organized, and detail-oriented profile, with a desire to learn and grow professionally within the food sector.

What you'll do

Review and control the records of the production processes.
Verify that operators correctly fill in the established quality records and documents.
Perform the monitoring and review of the production process documentation to ensure that it is complete and up to date.
Fill in and update product technical data sheets using Excel.
Prepare and update product labels.
Provide administrative support to the quality department in the control and monitoring of production processes.
Collaborate in compliance with quality and food safety procedures.
