English Speaking Customer Service

Requirements:

- Higher education in transport/ logistics/ commercial

- English (B2 level)

- Database management

Job mission:

Management of incidents that may arise in the traffic operations of the national route, so you will be in contact with the end customer and the company's collaborators.

You will work in close collaboration with the warehouse team, traffic operators, and delivery staff, to expedite any incidents or unforeseen events in the delivery of goods.

Handle telephone inquiries from end customers as well as responding to incidents on our internal platform, where any required documentation is processed and claims are managed.

- Customer service.

- Database management and administrative tasks.

- Resolution of incidents regarding national transport routes.

- Monitoring and maintenance of customer accounts.

- Recording collections in the system, both own and ordered.

- Coordinating and monitoring actions carried out (urgent deliveries, collections...).

- Communicating incidents, regarding both shipments and collections, to the customer and subsequent closing of these with the resolution provided by the customer.
