Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical vocational training (FP) or similar in mechanics, electromechanics, or industrial maintenance.

Experience in machinery maintenance and repair, especially in pumping equipment.

Basic knowledge of occupational safety.

Ability to diagnose and resolve faults in mechanical and electromechanical systems.

Aptitude for general and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment.

Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Previous experience in the water sector, hydraulic pumps, or industrial environments will be valued.

Residence in La Llagosta or nearby towns (Mollet del Vallès, Montcada i Reixac, Parets del Vallès, Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, or Montornès del Vallès).

Languages: Spanish and Catalan.

Availability for immediate incorporation.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Contract: permanent contract.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 to 13:30 h and from 15:00 to 18:00 h. Friday, from 8:00 to 15:00 h.

Salary: €22,451.70 gross annual in 15 payments, according to the metal commerce agreement of Barcelona (Group 6).

The role

From the IMAN Santa Perpètua office, we need to incorporate a MECHANIC FOR A HYDRAULIC PUMP REPAIR WORKSHOP for a company located in the La Llagosta area.

What you'll do

Perform maintenance and repair of water pumping equipment and associated machinery.

Diagnose faults in mechanical and electromechanical systems.

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the equipment.

Replace components and perform functional tests to guarantee the correct performance of the equipment.

Collaborate with the technical team in improving work procedures and in the preparation of intervention reports.

Comply with occupational safety regulations throughout the entire maintenance and repair process.
