Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Law, or similar.
Knowledge of customs legislation, tariff classification, and Incoterms.
Experience or knowledge in document management and import and export operations.
Proficiency in English; other languages will be valued, especially Chinese, French, or Portuguese.
Proficiency in IT tools, ERP systems, and customs management platforms
Permanent contract with a 6-month probationary period
Stable full-time contract

We are looking for an International Trade and Customs Management Technician to manage import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and the correct processing of documentation.

What you'll do

Manage the tariff classification of goods and determine the applicable taxes and duties.
Prepare, review, and process import and export documentation.
Ensure compliance with customs legislation, trade agreements, and international regulations.
Coordinate with customs agents, carriers, suppliers, and official bodies to expedite clearances.
Calculate and manage duties, VAT, and other taxes associated with commercial operations.
