We are looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for customer service for our base in Alicante. You will be the face of our company, reporting directly to the Branch and Regional Operations Manager, with the goal of ensuring an exceptional level of customer service, keeping our motorhome fleet in optimal condition, and taking responsibility for all tasks necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the depot.

• Manage incoming bookings, welcome customers, and handle check-ins and check-outs;
• Take care of the fleet and logistics, and ensure our campervans are kept in optimal condition by overseeing maintenance and repair needs;
• Assist in training, supervising, and coaching the team;
• Monitor booking activity, manage stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
• Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local incidents that may arise to ensure smooth operations;
• Prepare and clean our campervans;
• Collaborate on campervan resales by preparing them and showing them to potential buyers.

• You are passionate about travel and have a natural ease with direct customer interaction; experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Car Rental is a plus.
• You are fluent in English and Spanish (required);
• You have a work permit in Spain, a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan (mandatory requirement).
• You are available to work weekends and national holidays.
• You are a responsible person, take your job seriously, and can be relied upon.
• You are an organized person with strong problem-solving skills.
