✅ More than 5 years of experience in Verification and Validation activities for complex software and systems.
✅ Experience in defining, strategizing and leading test campaigns.
✅ Advanced knowledge of Linux, networks and critical systems environments.
✅ Solid experience in test automation with Playwright, JMeter and Postman/Newman.
✅ Programming in Python or Java focused on test automation.

The role

We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that strengthen national and international security. You will be part of a division specialized in cybersecurity and critical systems, taking part in high-impact technology projects within the defense sector.

What you'll do

• Define and lead Verification and Validation (V&V) strategies in complex environments.
• Plan, coordinate and execute test campaigns for functional, integration, performance and system validation.
• Collaborate with development, architecture and cybersecurity teams to ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain test automation using Playwright, JMeter and Postman/Newman.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous software quality.
• Oversee the technical documentation associated with V&V activities.
• Coordinate validation activities in multidisciplinary projects and critical environments.
• Analyze incidents, risks and deviations, proposing corrective actions.
• Technically lead teams and provide mentoring to junior and mid-level profiles.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards in defense and cybersecurity projects.
