What we're looking for

Experience in on-premise Big Data ecosystems: Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HDFS, Kafka, and HBase.
Experience in the design and implementation of distributed architectures in proprietary data centers, in both bare metal and virtualized environments.
Solid knowledge of orchestration and automation of data processes with Airflow, Oozie, NiFi, or scheduled pipelines.
Advanced level of SQL, dimensional modeling, and NoSQL databases.
Experience in capacity planning, horizontal scaling, partitioning, and replication of data platforms.
Knowledge of on-premise security: Kerberos, Ranger or Sentry, access control, auditing, and encryption.

We want to recruit a Big Data On-Premise Architect with experience in the design and operation of distributed data platforms to join transformation and advanced data exploitation projects in critical and high-security environments.

What you'll do

💡What will you do?

Design and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure on-premise Big Data architectures.
Define processes for ingestion, transformation, and massive data storage.
Supervise the performance, capacity, and availability of Hadoop platforms and associated ecosystems.
Integrate data platforms with traditional corporate systems, relational databases, ERPs, and legacy environments.
Manage the security of data infrastructures through authentication, authorization, auditing, and encryption mechanisms.
Document architectures, interfaces, data flows, and technical standards, coordinating work with infrastructure, security, and data teams.

🕓What is our selection process like?

Review of your profile: We evaluate your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we are looking for.
First contact (5-10 min): If you receive a call from an unknown number, it's our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.
Interview with the talent acquisition team: We want you to get to know us better as a company: values, career model, skills... so that both you and the team can analyze if there is a match.
Technical interview: You will meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We will also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, we will conduct brief psychological and English competency assessments (if required).
Offer and welcome: If everything goes well, you will join our team and start this new stage together!
