Requirements

What we're looking for

Advanced experience with on-premise Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Docker, Helm, and deployment automation.
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and platform monitoring.
Knowledge of Linux, networks, storage, and virtualization.
High level of technical English.

Nice to have

CKA, CKAD, or LFCS certifications.
Experience in air-gapped, classified, or high-criticality environments.
Knowledge of VMware, OpenStack, or equivalent platforms.

The role

What you'll do

Although they will depend on your knowledge and experience, in general the main functions you would carry out with us would be:

Design, administer, and evolve on-premise Kubernetes clusters.
Automate deployments and the operation of containerized services.
Define patterns for monitoring, availability, and platform scalability.
Coordinate decisions regarding infrastructure, networks, storage, and virtualization.
Document the architecture and support knowledge transfer to the team.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an on-premise Kubernetes Architect with experience in the design, management, and administration of Kubernetes clusters in on-premise environments.

Personal competencies

Proactive attitude and orientation toward continuous improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical profiles.
Autonomy, responsibility, and results orientation.
Ability to learn and adapt to new environments and technologies.
