Business Development - Defense Sector

• University degree in engineering or other relevant technical training.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the defense sector.
• Demonstrable experience in:
  · Business development and management
  · Interpretation of technical documentation
  · Preparation of proposals (ROM or other technical-economic bids)
• Advanced level of English (B2/C1).
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.

• Experience in international environments.
• Knowledge of public procurement processes or tenders.
• Familiarity with defense systems, especially C-UAS, VSHORAD, or other related systems.
• Knowledge of other languages.

As a leading company in the sector, we want to strengthen our team with a professional specialized in business development with solid experience in the defense sector to participate in strategic development opportunities in a dynamic and international environment.

· Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in the defense sector, both in Spain and internationally.
· Analyze and interpret technical documentation, specifications, and requirements to ensure alignment with Indra's capabilities.
· Prepare and develop technical-economic offers (including ROM and detailed proposals).
· Coordinate with multidisciplinary internal teams: engineering, operations, finance, legal, and procurement.
· Act as the point of contact for national and international clients, participating in meetings, presentations, and industry trade fairs.
· Perform commercial cycle monitoring, identifying risks, milestones, and action plans.
· Provide technical vision to support the positioning of solutions such as C-UAS, VSHORAD, or other defense systems.
· Drive promotional activities, demonstrations, and technical events.
