• Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years in Infrastructure Administration.
  • Administration of Windows Server environments and virtualization infrastructures.
  • Active Directory (Management and optimization of GPO, Sites, Groups, etc.).
  • Knowledge of hybrid infrastructures, administering Cloud environments (Azure, AWS and/or GCP) and On-Premise platforms, as well as associated Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID and corporate systems.
  • Automation and scripting via PowerShell, Bash, Tanium or similar tools.
  • Ability to manage incidents, system maintenance, prepare technical documentation and work following best practices and ITIL processes (incidents, changes and problems).

You will join as a Hybrid Systems Technician hybrid in our IT Infrastructure department, IT Infrastructure, Service Management and Governance, a highly specialized team in systems infrastructure solutions, virtualization, on-premises and/or Cloud based on solutions from the leading manufacturers in the market.

We execute managed Infrastructure services for large national and international clients. Additionally, we carry out projects with cutting-edge technology and extraordinary impact.

Your main duties will be:

• Administration and maintenance of hybrid infrastructures, both in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS and Google Cloud) and On-Premise (VMware), including the creation, configuration and evolution of systems.
• Management and administration of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.
• Administration, updating and maintenance of physical and virtual servers, guaranteeing the availability, security and correct functioning of the platform.
• Management of storage systems, monitoring, certificates and web services, performing preventive and corrective tasks to ensure service continuity.
• Resolution of level 2 incidents and advanced technical support through ticketing tools, collaborating in the continuous improvement of IT services.
• Development and maintenance of automations and scripting tasks oriented towards optimizing operational processes and improving the efficiency of systems management.
