💼 As a leading company in the field of Defense, we want to strengthen our team with a Project Contract Manager (Lawyer) for the management and supervision of contracts in complex projects, from inception to completion, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance at all stages of the program.

What you'll do

  • Analyze, review, and negotiate contract clauses with clients and suppliers.
  • Support the project's evolution from a legal and contractual standpoint.
  • Interpret obligations, risks, and commitments established in the contract.
  • Prepare and manage contract modifications (CCNs).
  • Identify, document, and assess contractual risks.
  • Coordinate and participate in claims and defense processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards:
  • Corporate compliance
  • Export controls (ITAR/EAR)
  • NATO regulations
  • Government contracts (FAR/DFARS - desirable)
