Project Manager - Aerospace and Defense Systems

In our position as a leading company in the defense sector, we want to strengthen our team with a Project Manager for strategic projects in the Space sector.

💡 What will you do?

• Lead the comprehensive management of projects in aerospace or defense environments.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project phases: design, development, integration, and delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, costs, and risks, ensuring the achievement of objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (software, hardware, systems).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (DO-178, etc.).
• Manage client relationships, participating in meetings and project follow-up.
• Oversee requirements management and traceability (using tools such as DOORS).
• Use project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or others) for tracking and reporting.

✅ Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Telecommunications, Industrial, Physics, or similar).

✅ More than 5 years of experience in managing complex projects in the aerospace or defense sectors.

✅ Experience with industry methodologies and standards (e.g., DO-178B or similar).

✅ Advanced (C1) level of English.

💡 ¿Qué harás?

• Liderar la gestión integral de proyectos en entornos aeroespaciales o de defensa.
• Planificar, coordinar y supervisar todas las fases del proyecto: diseño, desarrollo, integración y entrega.
• Gestionar alcance, plazos, costes y riesgos, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos.
• Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares de ingeniería (software, hardware, sistemas).
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares y normativas del sector (DO-178, etc.).
• Gestionar la relación con cliente, participando en reuniones y seguimiento del proyecto.
• Supervisar la gestión de requisitos y trazabilidad (herramientas como DOORS).
• Utilizar herramientas de gestión de proyectos (JIRA, Confluence u otras) para seguimiento y reporting.

✅ Titulación en Ingeniería (Aeroespacial, Telecomunicaciones, Industrial, Física o similar).

✅ Experiencia de más de 5 años en gestión de proyectos complejos en sectores aeroespacial o defensa.

✅ Experiencia en metodologías y estándares del sector (p.ej. DO-178B o similares).

✅ Nivel de inglés alto (C1).
