We are looking for a Technical Lead for Electrical Wiring and Harness Design to lead end-to-end projects within the Defense and Security sector.
What you'll do

• Act as the technical owner of the wiring project, responsible for requirements, schedules, quality, and functionality.
• Lead the design of electrical schematics and harnesses, ensuring their correct integration into the system.
• Select materials and ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate design with engineering, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
• Participate in first prototype validation and provide support in functional testing.
• Ensure a design focused on manufacturability, integration, and maintainability.
• Act as the technical reference within the project and with stakeholders.
