Network Technician - Routing, Switching and WiFi

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in networking.
• Advanced knowledge of Routing, Switching, and WiFi.
• Experience in incident resolution and troubleshooting in corporate environments.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and service orientation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to perform on-call duties and specific interventions outside of regular working hours.

• CCNA Certification.
• Experience in level 2 network support and high-criticality environments.
• Technical English sufficient to perform escalations with manufacturers and support teams, when necessary.

• Indefinite Contract with Infortec Consultores
• Hybrid model: on-site incorporation during the first few weeks and, subsequently, approximately one week on-site per month. The rest of the time is worked remotely.
• Reference location at Paseo de la Castellana, Madrid.
• Working hours.

We are looking for a Network Technician to join a technological project in a high-criticality environment, participating in the operation, maintenance, and incident resolution of a corporate network infrastructure.

The position is mainly oriented towards daily service operation (BAU) and level 2 incident resolution, with the possibility of participating in future projects for the evolution and improvement of the infrastructure.

• Main functions
• Diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of level 2 network incidents.
• Configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Routing, Switching, and WiFi.
• Incident monitoring and coordination with technical teams and manufacturers.
• Execution of specific technical interventions outside of regular working hours.
• Participation in the on-call service.
• Identification of improvements and optimization of operational processes.
• Collaboration with other teams to guarantee service continuity and stability.
• Participation in future network infrastructure evolution projects.
