What you'll do

•Preparation and maintenance of the inventory of electrical and HVAC installations, analysis of their status regarding current regulations, and inspection of system operation.

•Definition of improvements and modifications to installations, including proposals oriented towards energy efficiency in lighting, HVAC, and electrical systems.

•Preparation of Technical Specifications for tenders and modification works, as well as technical evaluation of offers and processing of legalization files.

•Control of works executed by contractor companies, supervision of materials and installations, coordination of business activities, and verification of contractual compliance.

•Technical support for breakdowns and incidents, preparation of feasibility reports, and collaboration in the definition and implementation of new projects or actions at stations.
