At INCOSA, we want to add a Facilities Engineer to our team in Madrid with 3 to 5 years of experience in building projects.
We are looking for a professional with a solid technical foundation, initiative, and a growth mindset, who wants to become a technical reference and progressively take on coordination of projects and teams within a continuously growing company.
✔️ Residing in Madrid or surrounding areas, or having real availability to establish residence in the area.
✔️ Holding a valid work permit in Spain.
✔️ If your degree was obtained abroad, holding the official degree recognition issued by the Ministry of Universities.
✔️ Holding a valid Class B driver's license (issued in Spain or properly exchanged).

✔️ HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical systems, fire protection (FP), plumbing, and sanitation.
