At INCOSA, we want to add a Facilities Engineer to our team in Madrid with 3 to 5 years of experience in building projects.

We are looking for a professional with a solid technical foundation, initiative, and a growth mindset, who wants to become a technical reference and progressively take on coordination of projects and teams within a continuously growing company.

We will value experience in

✔️ Mechanical and electrical installations in buildings.

✔️ HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical systems, fire protection (FP), plumbing, and sanitation.

✔️ Technical management, technical assistance, construction supervision, or quality control of installations.

✔️ Coordination with technical management, contractors, and property owners.

✔️ Preparation of technical reports and project monitoring.

Experience in commissioning and start-up of facilities will be especially valued, as will having participated in hospital projects or those of high technical complexity.

Essential requirements

✔️ Residing in Madrid or surrounding areas, or having real availability to establish residence in the area.

✔️ Holding a valid work permit in Spain.
