What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Salesforce (with 3 or more years performing the role of Architect) in large-scale or technically complex projects.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce core solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and high value especially placed on Salesforce Industries (Vlocity): OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures), DataRaptors, EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog), etc.
Solid experience in the design and implementation of integration solutions and middleware (MuleSoft, messaging queues, REST/SOAP).
Mastery of development governance, both programmatic (Apex, Lightning Web Components) and declarative (advanced Flows).
Experience in writing detailed technical documentation for developers and quality assurance (QA) teams.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level clients and understand their strategic needs.
Good level of English.

The role

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect (Solution/Technical) to join our team to co-lead the strategy for the evolution, optimization, and maintenance of the platform for a major project within the Energy&Utilities sector.

This role includes:

Leading the definition of end-to-end technical and functional solutions based on Salesforce, guaranteeing the use of industry best practices and system scalability.
Designing the corporate integration strategy (synchronous/asynchronous) with external platforms and systems using MuleSoft or other middleware, custom APIs, and event-driven architectures.
Defining and optimizing complex and robust data models prepared for high-volume information management (Large Data Volumes).
Providing leadership, technical guidance, and supervision to development and integration teams, ensuring quality through code reviews (code reviews).
Designing and implementing the information visibility, sharing, and security model within the platform according to industry regulatory standards.
Collaborating with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to translate functional needs into viable and efficient architectures.
