What we're looking for
It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience working with Siemens Teamcenter in configuration, implementation, development, or evolution projects of PLM solutions.
- Minimum English level B2.
- Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent degrees; or Higher Level Vocational Training in the field of Computer Science, including DAM or ASIR.
- Residency in Spain and a valid work permit in Spain.
Nice to have
We especially value profiles that, in addition to their experience with Teamcenter, have worked with BMIDE, Active Workspace, Teamcenter environment administration, integrations, or developments and customizations on the platform.
- Professional experience in Teamcenter data model configuration using BMIDE.
- Experience in configuring Queries, ACL, and Workflows in Teamcenter.
- Experience in configuration or customization of Active Workspace, including Stylesheets, Tiles, Layouts, or Commands.
- Experience in Teamcenter administration (DBA) in production environments.
- Experience performing Teamcenter customizations using Extensions, Actions, Handlers, RAC, ITK, or SO.
- Experience in projects managed through Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or prototyping methodologies.
- Knowledge of Java, CSS, XML, or C++ applied to technical environments.

The role
We are looking to hire a PLM Configuration Consultant with technical experience in Siemens Teamcenter to participate in engineering transformation and product lifecycle digitalization projects.
We are looking for a technical profile oriented towards the configuration and evolution of PLM tools, capable of working within Teamcenter environments and collaborating with technical, functional, and engineering teams in industrial projects.
You will participate in activities involving the configuration, customization, implementation, and evolution of Teamcenter solutions, working with components such as the data model, workflows, access controls, user interfaces, and integrations with other engineering systems and applications.
Knowledge and experience in the use of generative AI and AI tools applied to the workplace are required, in line with Accenture's commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.
What you'll do
- Participate in the technical configuration and evolution of Siemens Teamcenter solutions, working on the parameterization of PLM processes, data models, permissions, queries, workflows, and components associated with product lifecycle management.
- Collaborate in the configuration and customization of Teamcenter and Active Workspace interfaces and functionalities, including elements such as Stylesheets, Tiles, Layouts, and Commands, as well as specific extensions and components when required by the project.
- Participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of Teamcenter evolutions following Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or prototyping methodologies, coordinating with technical and functional teams.
- Collaborate in integrations between Teamcenter and other engineering tools and PLM/CAD systems, including technologies and solutions such as T4X, Siemens NX, EPLAN, or TCI, participating in the analysis and resolution of technical incidents.
- Analyze technical and functional requirements related to PLM processes and translate them into configurations and solutions on Siemens Teamcenter.
- Configure and evolve Teamcenter functionalities according to project needs.
- Participate in the definition and maintenance of data models, queries, ACL, and workflows.
- Collaborate in configuration and customization activities for Active Workspace.
- Participate in Teamcenter developments and extensions using technologies such as RAC, ITK, SO, Actions, Handlers, and Extensions when necessary for the project.
- Collaborate in the maintenance and evolution of Teamcenter environments.
- Participate in testing activities, incident resolution, and deployment of changes.
- Work with multidisciplinary engineering, development, and business teams to ensure the correct implementation and evolution of PLM solutions.
