The role

Join Inetum to participate in the technological and digital transformation of leading national and international organizations. We are committed to generating a positive impact on our clients, their processes and technology, but also on you.

Lead the definition, governance, and evolution of the EDR/XDR service, being responsible for its value proposition, capability catalog, service levels (Tiers), deliverables, operating model, and technological roadmap. Supported by a team of specialists, you will ensure the continuous improvement of the service and its alignment with customer needs, guaranteeing effective coverage against threats and the incorporation of the most relevant capabilities provided by strategic vendors.

Professional with a strategic vision and orientation toward service management, capable of acting as the person responsible for the evolution and positioning of the EDR/XDR and MDR offering, guaranteeing both the adequacy of the capability catalog and its correct implementation and operational adoption. You must collaborate closely with the Service Manager and the various SOC teams to ensure alignment between the service strategy, customer needs, and available technological capabilities. You will combine solid knowledge of the main EDR/XDR platforms on the market with capabilities in service design, technological governance, roadmap definition, and continuous improvement. Your success will be measured by the maturity, differentiation, adoption, and value generation of the service, as well as by your ability to drive its evolution in a sustainable manner aligned with business objectives.
