What we're looking for
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Typically, 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in ITSM projects with ServiceNow.
- At least one of the following ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IRM
- Excellent interpersonal skills: communication (written and verbal), adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, relationship building, reliability, and organization.

As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will play a key role as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions.
You will interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that newly implemented technology solutions meet business needs.
What you'll do
- You will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
- You will analyze recently implemented technology solutions to verify that they meet business requirements.
- You will collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
- Improve our clients' ITSM processes (e.g., Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, or Knowledge Management) or evaluate how AI can optimize service delivery.
- Act as a workstream leader in all aspects of a ServiceNow ITSM project and solution delivery, including, but not limited to, the design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment phases
- Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team of 3 to 5 people, including offshore resources (consultants, developers, and testers).
- Provide advice and industry best practices for implementing ITSM processes in ServiceNow, including how to achieve specific business goals through process and technology transformation.
- Ability to advise on CMDB connectivity and IT Operations Management (ITOM) with ITSM processes.
- Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgeting, and risk and issue logging.
- Ability to create high-quality deliverables.
