About the role

As a

, you will play a key role as the link between business needs and technology solutions.

You will interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that newly implemented technology solutions meet business needs.

What you'll do

  • You will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.

  • Act as a workstream leader in all aspects of a ServiceNow ITSM project and solution delivery, including, but not limited to, the design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment phases
  • Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team of 3 to 5 people, including offshore resources (consultants, developers, and testers).
  • Provide advice and industry best practices for implementing ITSM processes in ServiceNow, including how to achieve specific business goals through process and technology transformation.
  • Ability to advise on CMDB connectivity and IT Operations Management (ITOM) with ITSM processes.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgeting, and risk and issue logging.
  • Ability to create high-quality deliverables.

What we're looking for

  • University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Typically, 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in ITSM projects with ServiceNow.
    • At least one of the following ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
