Do you want to help us build the future of consulting in Energy, Utilities & Chemicals?
We are looking for someone who wants to contribute from day one and grow with us. Stable project.
The role
Currently, we want to reinforce our Energy, Utilities & Chemicals practice by incorporating a Manager who wants to participate in strategic transformation projects, lead teams, build relationships of trust with clients, and actively contribute to business growth and our value propositions.
If you are passionate about consulting, enjoy combining strategic vision and execution, and want to assume a relevant role in a practice with a great growth track record, we would love to meet you.
We are looking for a person with initiative, judgment, and ambition to grow, capable of combining project leadership, client relationships, and active contribution to business development and value proposition.
The role combines consulting and execution, team leadership, client relationships, and the development of new opportunities and offerings. We are not looking solely for a solid delivery profile, but for someone who wants to build: to understand market challenges, propose new ways to approach them, and help convert them into concrete solutions for our clients.
What you'll do
- Lead projects or business consulting and transformation workstreams in Energy, Utilities & Chemicals companies.
- Structure complex problems and convert them into analyses, recommendations, and concrete action plans.
- Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring the quality of work and compliance with agreed objectives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and support the development of consultants with less experience.
- Integrate business, processes, technology, organization, and people dimensions into projects.
Build relationships of trust with clients
- Manage the daily relationship with client interlocutors, understanding their priorities and anticipating needs.
- Participate in conversations with business, operations, and technology managers, providing judgment and a consultative vision.
- Connect the client's immediate challenges with their medium and long-term transformation objectives.
- Prepare and communicate executive messages, conclusions, and recommendations in a clear and convincing manner.
Contribute to business development
- Detect needs and opportunities based on knowledge of clients and the sector.
- Contribute to the qualification and development of commercial opportunities, working alongside senior profiles and account managers.
- Participate actively in the preparation and defense of consulting proposals.
- Help expand our presence with existing clients and drive new conversations.
Develop value proposition
- Contribute to evolving the Consulting value propositions in Energy, Utilities & Chemicals.
- Convert sector trends and challenges into concrete, differentiating, and marketable offerings.
- Develop methodologies, viewpoints, use cases, commercial materials, and reusable assets.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to build integrated proposals.
- Participate in international offering development initiatives when necessary.
What we are looking for
- Between 6 and 8 years of professional experience, with a relevant part developed in business consulting, strategy, operations, or transformation.
- Experience leading projects or workstreams with progressive autonomy, managing quality, deadlines, and the client relationship.
- Knowledge of the Energy, Utilities & Chemicals sector and experience in one or several specific areas. It is not necessary to master all subsectors.
- Ability to structure problems, analyze information, synthesize, and build actionable recommendations.
- Experience coordinating teams and contributing to the development of more junior profiles.
- Interest and orientation toward commercial development and the construction of new proposals.
- Ability to work in English in professional and international environments.
Areas of experience we value
Experience in any of the following areas will be particularly valued:
- Grids, infrastructure, and asset management.
- Operations, commercialization, and customer experience.
- New energy models, sustainability, decarbonization, and energy transition.
- Transformation of processes and core systems.
- Data, artificial intelligence, and digitalization applied to the sector.
- Organization, capabilities, and change management.
The attitude that will make the difference
- You take the initiative and do not wait to receive all instructions.
- You are curious to understand the clients' business and sector changes.
- You move fluently between strategic vision and concrete execution.
- You want to progressively assume greater responsibility for projects, clients, teams, and opportunities.
- You enjoy building new proposals, not just executing existing methodologies.
- You know how to collaborate with business and technology specialists and mobilize the necessary capabilities for each challenge.
- You have the desire to grow and to help the team and the practice grow.
