Experience in IP Telephony (VoIP).
Advanced knowledge of SIP and SIP Trunk.
Experience with SBCs ((AudioCodes Livehub, Oracle))
Experience in Microsoft Teams Phone and Direct Routing.
Knowledge of voice quality (QoS, MOS, jitter, and packet loss).
Experience in integration with telecommunications operators.
Experience in Contact Center (Collab).
Knowledge of IP networks and data communications.
Microsoft Teams, AudioCodes, or equivalent certifications.
Experience in voice transformation projects towards cloud environments.
English Level B2

The role

We are looking for a professional specialized in voice communications to join our Telecommunications team and participate in the evolution of corporate telephony and collaboration platforms.

With experience in VoIP, SIP/SIP Trunk, SBCs (AudioCodes and Oracle), Microsoft Teams Phone, and Direct Routing environments. With knowledge in Contact Center, integration with telecommunications operators, voice quality (QoS, MOS, jitter), E.164 numbering, and high availability architecture design. Knowledge of networks and data communications will be valued.

Must have 24/7 availability and B2 level English knowledge.
