Service context:

The organization has implemented Qualys Vulnerability Management and manages new deployments, configuration changes, troubleshooting, as well as report generation and on-demand scan execution on a daily basis. The mission encompasses the configuration of agents, appliances, reports, scans, and the Qualys platform as a whole; the supervision of deployments (authentication and scan validation); the automation of troubleshooting through *scripting*; and the maintenance of the platform, as well as quality assurance of the vulnerability management process and services.

Scope of services (includes, but is not limited to):

Configuration of agents, appliances, reports, scans, and the Qualys platform in its entirety
Supervision of deployments, including authentication and scan validation
Automation of troubleshooting through *scripting*
Maintenance of the platform and quality assurance of the vulnerability management process and services

Service deliverables (includes, but is not limited to):

Preparation of documentation regarding Qualys implementation and supervision following deployment
Presentation of evidence of successful unit tests
Resolution of support cases as necessary

Required experience:

Configuration and administration of the Qualys platform
Deployment and monitoring documentation
Architecture documentation
Key vulnerability management processes and components
Cybersecurity deployment in banking or insurance environments
Automation through scripting and troubleshooting
AGILE methodology (user stories, "Definition of Done")
Continuity in delivery, guaranteeing steady weekly progress. Working language:
English. Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SME) based in Spain and with the platform's Product Owner.

Demonstrable experience with the Qualys platform
Experience in vulnerability management within banking or insurance environments
Experience in cybersecurity deployment. Familiarity with AGILE frameworks and delivery practices
