The role

We are looking for a Senior SISnet Developer with experience in the insurance sector and extensive knowledge of the SISnet platform to participate in projects involving the evolution and implementation of core solutions. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams and participate in the entire software lifecycle.

We need a person with a technical orientation, the ability to propose ideas, and the motivation to develop robust, scalable, and high-impact solutions for our clients.

What you'll do

Analyze functional and technical requirements and transform them into solutions on the SISnet platform.
Develop and evolve SISnet components, including screens, business rules, BPM processes, services, and integrations.
Participate in the customization and maintenance of core modules such as Issuance, Claims, Receipts, CRM, or Collections.
Design and develop integrations through REST APIs, SOAP services, and connectors with external systems.
Optimize queries and processes on SQL databases, guaranteeing application performance.
Perform testing, code reviews, and deployment support following development and quality best practices.
Collaborate in technological modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives for the platform.

Requirements

More than 2 years of experience in development on the SISnet platform.
Knowledge of recent versions of SISnet, especially SISnet 11 or higher.
Experience in insurance companies or projects related to the insurance business.
Proficiency in SISnet components: TLI, business rules, BPM processes, services, BackOffice, and service-based architecture.
Experience in development with Java, JavaScript, jQuery, and XML, XSLT, and JSON technologies.
Solid knowledge of SQL databases (fundamentally SQL Server): complex queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and optimization.
Experience in integration through REST APIs, SOAP services, and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2 or JWT.
Handling of version control and DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.
Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and software quality best practices.
