Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience as a Tech Lead or a technical profile with leadership responsibilities.
Extensive experience in Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data).
Deep knowledge of microservices architectures and hexagonal architecture.
Experience designing APIs under an API First approach (OpenAPI/Swagger).
Solid knowledge of design patterns, SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, and TDD.
Experience with Kafka and messaging platforms.
Knowledge of event-driven architectures.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and CI/CD environments.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
Experience in testing and test automation.

Permanent contract
Remote work model 🏡. Option to work from the office, but always at the employee's choice.
Flexible hours ⏰: flexible schedule with entry at 8:30 AM and exit at 6:00 PM, with intensive working hours on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and intensive working hours in summer (July and August) from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
