Health and Safety Plant Lead

At Ingeteam we are looking for a person with leadership ambition to drive and evolve the Health and Safety area at our Beasain plant.

This is a position with real responsibility for the H&S team on site, within a demanding and highly technological industrial environment, and aligned with the Global Health and Safety Management for Production Plants.

It is not an exclusively technical or support role: you will play a key part in the implementation of the global Health and Safety strategy, team development, and the evolution of the preventive culture at the plant.

You will have the support of a senior H&S technical reference on site, focused on day-to-day operational management, allowing you to focus on team leadership, prioritisation, and the continuous improvement of the Health and Safety system.

• Lead the H&S team at the plant.

• Implement and monitor the annual Health and Safety Plan.

• Ensure the integration of the global strategy into daily operations.

• Promote a safety culture across all levels of the organisation.

• Coordinate with Global Management and plant operations.

• University degree (engineering valued) + Master's in H&S (3 specialisations).

• ~5 years of experience in an industrial environment.

• Intermediate/advanced English.

• Organisational skills, leadership, and a structured mindset.

• Motivation to take on team management responsibilities.

En Ingeteam buscamos una persona con ambición de liderazgo para impulsar y evolucionar el área de Seguridad y Salud en nuestra planta de Beasain.

Se trata de una posición con responsabilidad real sobre el equipo de HS en planta, dentro de un entorno industrial exigente y altamente tecnológico, y alineada con la Dirección Global de Seguridad y Salud de Plantas Productivas.

No es un rol exclusivamente técnico ni de soporte: tendrás un papel clave en la implantación de la estrategia global de Seguridad y Salud, el desarrollo del equipo y la evolución de la cultura preventiva en planta.

Contarás con el apoyo de un referente técnico HS senior en planta, centrado en la gestión operativa del día a día, lo que te permitirá centrarte en el liderazgo del equipo, la priorización y la mejora continua del sistema de Seguridad y Salud.

• Implantar y dar seguimiento al Plan Anual de Seguridad y Salud.

• Asegurar la integración de la estrategia global en la operativa diaria.

• Impulsar la cultura de seguridad en todos los niveles de la organización.

• Coordinarte con Dirección Global y con operaciones de planta.

• Primer paso sólido hacia un rol de liderazgo en Seguridad y Salud.
