What you'll do

Under the supervision of the Plant Director, you will be the reference person and the highest authority responsible for integrating the HSSER strategy into all plant processes: Leadership and Preventive Culture:

Develop and consolidate a positive and behavioral safety culture, fostering the commitment of all factory personnel.

Compliance and Governance: Ensure legal compliance and the implementation of Health, Safety, Environment, and Risk policies, procedures, and standards.

Audits and Certifications: Design, lead, and execute internal/external audit programs and coordinate the maintenance of certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001 / OHSAS, ISO 50001).

Incident and Risk Management: Lead accident and incident investigations, analyze root causes, and coordinate risk mitigation projects (including relations with insurers and contractors).

Sustainability and Environment: Coordinate local sustainability projects and environmental impact management initiatives.

External Relations and Reports: Be the key contact point with regulatory and industrial bodies, preparing periodic performance reports for Senior Management.

Key Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and liaison skills at all levels of the organization. Ability to influence, solve complex problems, and make decisions. Teamwork and ability to energize daily work in the factory.
