Education: Higher qualification / degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) and/or environmental/engineering field. Valuable certification or membership in health & safety professional associations.
Experience: Previous relevant experience leading and implementing HSE, Environment, and Risk policies in dynamic industrial environments (highly valuable in the paper, corrugated cardboard, packaging, or FMCG sector).
Technical Knowledge: Mastery of safety and environmental management systems (ISO 45001 / 14001 / 50001 standards). Experience in designing and conducting technical incident audits and investigations. Proficiency in computer tools for HSSER data analysis and management.
Key Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and liaison skills at all levels of the organization. Ability to influence, solve complex problems, and make decisions. Teamwork and ability to energize daily work in the factory.
Salary: Up to 40,000 — gross annual (depending on experience and value added)

Under the supervision of the Plant Director, you will be the reference person and the highest authority responsible for integrating the HSSER strategy into all plant processes: Leadership and Preventive Culture:
Develop and consolidate a positive and behavioral safety culture, fostering the commitment of all factory personnel.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure legal compliance and the implementation of Health, Safety, Environment, and Risk policies, procedures, and standards.
Audits and Certifications: Design, lead, and execute internal/external audit programs and coordinate the maintenance of certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001 / OHSAS, ISO 50001).
Incident and Risk Management: Lead accident and incident investigations, analyze root causes, and coordinate risk mitigation projects (including relations with insurers and contractors).
Sustainability and Environment: Coordinate local sustainability projects and environmental impact management initiatives.
External Relations and Reports: Be the key contact point with regulatory and industrial bodies, preparing periodic performance reports for Senior Management.
