• As Plant Manager, in your day-to-day: -You will lead manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Service, Productivity, and Cost objectives. -You will guarantee the efficient use of people, equipment, and resources to maximize plant performance. -You will drive sustainable improvements through Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence methodologies. -You will maintain high standards of operational discipline while simultaneously promoting a collaborative and positive culture. -You will help promote a strong culture of safety and prevention throughout the plant. -You will guarantee compliance with current legislation, environmental requirements, and our client's corporate standards. -You will lead risk prevention initiatives and continuous improvement in EHS performance. -You will ensure that production processes are robust, stable, and capable of responding to future business needs. -You will lead equipment maintenance and reliability strategies to maximize operational availability. -You will manage the planning and execution of investments in facilities, machinery, and manufacturing technologies. -You will foster a culture of quality and customer orientation throughout the organization. -You will guarantee compliance with ISO standards, audit requirements, and quality systems. -Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction and increasing process capability. -Drive root cause analysis methodologies and corrective actions. -You will collaborate closely with Supply Chain teams to optimize inventories, production capacity, and material flow. -You will participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and contribute to business growth objectives. -You will be responsible for leading and developing a multidisciplinary team composed of Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Quality, EHS, and Facilities managers.

• You are the person we are looking for if: You have demonstrable experience as a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or Site Leader in industrial environments. You have solid knowledge of industrial operations, production management, and continuous improvement. You possess relevant experience in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and performance management systems. You have experience in EHS programs, quality systems, audits, and regulatory compliance. You have previous experience in plastic injection processes. You have knowledge of highly automated industrial operations. You have a university degree, preferably in Engineering or related disciplines. You have a fluent level of English, essential due to constant interaction with international teams and reporting lines.
