The role

Ingeteam, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire a Cost and Stock Technician to join the C&C Operations business unit in Sarriguren/Ortuella/Sesma.

What you'll do

Mission: They will be responsible for controlling the budget and critical indicators at the C&C plants.

Among its main challenges, the work related to the following stands out:

P&L analysis (20 %):
Analyze the economic results of the plants monthly and identify deviations from the budget.
KPI analysis and monitoring (20 %):
Review the critical indicators of the plants, analyze their deviations, and monitor improvement actions.
Supervision of financial data (20 %):
Review and analyze the financial information prepared by the plants for budgeting processes and forecasting.
Control of plant personnel (15 %):
Compare personnel needs with the actual workforce and monitor the evolution of hours worked.
Support to the plants (15 %):
Act as a point of contact to resolve doubts and provide support in the corresponding processes and analyses.
SAP process improvement (10 %):
Participate in the improvement, optimization, and unification of processes through SAP.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar functions or positions.
English level B2-C1.
Advanced level SAP proficiency.
Knowledge in Financial Controlling will be positively valued.
