The role

Ingeteam, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking a Logistics Process Technician to join its production plant in Sesma. The role will be part of the Converters & Controls area team.

Mission:

What you'll do

- Collaborate on defining and driving logistics improvement projects at the Sesma plant.

- Enhance outsourced logistics operations.

- Define improvement plans.

- Monitor logistics indicators and their associated actions.

- Identify areas for improvement.

- Establish improvement plans considering personnel, material, and economic resources, while taking into account safety, process quality, and efficiency.

- Close out projects to verify that the implemented plans have achieved the expected results.

- Coordinate improvement projects.

- Drive, coordinate, and participate in problem-solving improvement groups.

- KAIZEN: Participate in and lead continuous daily improvement.

- Coaching Kata.

- Participate in investigations of near misses, incidents, and accidents, followed by the identification of improvement opportunities.

- Participate in stock error analyses. Subsequently identify improvement opportunities.
