Requirements

What we're looking for

3 to 6 years of proven experience in Internal Control, SOX Compliance, Internal or External Audit.
Functional/operational knowledge of SAP S/4HANA from a controls and audit perspective (GL, AP/AR, or RTR modules).
Solid experience with the COSO framework and SOX section 404 requirements.
Advanced level of English (C1), indispensable for international projects.
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

Nice to have

You have previous experience in carve-out contexts or the initial creation of SOX frameworks.
You have experience with process mining tools or control automation.
You are passionate about learning, sharing ideas, and evolving alongside the team.

The role

This is a remote position.

Lead the Transition and the SOX Internal Control Framework in SAP S/4HANA

We are looking for a Internal Controls & SOX Analyst to define, document and consolidate the internal control model in a key context of corporate independence.

What you'll do

Design and evolve the Internal Control and SOX framework in financial processes within a post-carve-out independent entity environment.
Lead the documentation of process narratives, walkthroughs, and RACI matrices to ensure control and governance.
Review and drive design and operating effectiveness testing of automated and manual controls (ITAC/ITGC) in SAP S/4HANA.
Act as the main point of contact with Internal and External Audit for SOX requirements and evidence.
Identify control gaps associated with the transition and propose and implement remediation plans.
