What we're looking for

More than 5 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow architect or technical lead in large-scale enterprise environments.
Exhaustive mastery of the ServiceNow ecosystem and its core capabilities (ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, HRSD).
Extensive experience in integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and event-driven models.
Solid knowledge of platform security, access control models, performance optimization, and DevOps/CI-CD.
Advanced English level (C1) with the ability for fluent technical communication and negotiation.

Nice to have

You hold official ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
You bring knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or governance frameworks such as ITIL 4.
You have a previous track record in regulated sectors such as financial services or banking.
Are passionate about learning, sharing ideas, and growing together with the team.

The role

Lead the technical transformation as a ServiceNow Platform Architect

We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect with strategic vision and technical excellence to lead the architecture, robustness, and scalability of the corporate platform in a high-demand environment.

What you'll do

Define, ensure, and lead the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform, prioritizing stability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Design and integrate complex, cross-functional solutions in essential modules such as ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, and HRSD.
Establish data architecture standards, technical governance, and engineering best practices within delivery processes.
Define and drive the service modeling strategy (CSDM) and oversee the continuous evolution and health of the CMDB.
Act as a technical reference and strategic advisor to platform leaders, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders.
