Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 4 years of proven experience in project management (PM), project management office (PMO), and technical and functional governance models.
Solid experience coordinating complex corporate application ecosystems and managing communication with executive stakeholders.
Transversal leadership capacity to align functional business areas with technology and digital operations teams.
Advanced level of English (C1), indispensable for daily interaction with international teams and executive reporting.
Residency and availability to develop the role in person in Madrid.

Nice to have

You hold recognized certifications in project management and governance (PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, or agile frameworks).
You bring familiarity with HSE regulatory frameworks, financial processes, or corporate compliance requirements.

The role

Lead the strategic governance of global corporate applications

We are looking for a senior profile with strategic vision and leadership capacity to orchestrate transversal governance and the portfolio of key corporate applications in a top-tier multinational environment.

What you'll do

Define, structure, and maintain the governance model for the corporate applications framework in HSE, Finance, People, and Compliance domains.
Coordinate initiatives, dependencies, evolutions, and transversal priorities, acting as a strategic point of articulation between the business, IT teams, and corporate areas.
Lead PMO activities by consolidating master plans, managing risks, critical milestones, and preventive action plans.
Prepare, facilitate, and lead monitoring committees and executive steering committees, ensuring informed decision-making and the traceability of agreements.
Guarantee the rigorous application of common standards regarding architecture, information security, software lifecycle, and integrations.
