Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 5 years of experience as a Salesforce functional consultant, with functional leadership in implementation projects.
Real experience in at least one Consumer Goods Cloud project (Retail Execution and/or TPM).
Knowledge of the consumer goods business: traditional and modern channels, key account management, trade spend, sell-in and sell-out, and the manufacturer-distributor relationship.
Mastery of advanced declarative configuration (Flows, data model, security, and automations) and the ability to design multi-cloud solutions.
Experience leading workshops and managing expectations with director-level stakeholders.
Native Spanish and professional English (B2+).

Nice to have

Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional accreditation,
Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
Functional knowledge of integrations (MuleSoft, APIs) and of SAP SD or TPM processes.
Experience in pre-sales and in the definition of functional proposals.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant specialized in Consumer Goods Cloud who wants to lead the functional side of projects for consumer goods manufacturers and distributors. Your role will be to define how sales and trade marketing teams work: from point-of-sale visits to the planning and settlement of promotions with the retailer.

You will be the functional point of reference for the client. You will work alongside Project Managers, architects, and the sales team, and you will grow the consultants on your team.

What you'll do

Lead discovery sessions and workshops with Sales, Trade Marketing, KAM, and Operations areas, and convert their processes into solutions on Consumer Goods Cloud.
Define the global functional design of Retail Execution: route and visit planning, in-store tasks and KPIs, assortment, shelf audits, and order taking from the mobile app.
Design Trade Promotion Management processes: account planning, promotional calendars, trade spend budgets, investment tracking, and settlements.
Ensure that the solution fits with other clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud) and with integrations with ERPs such as SAP (masters, orders, prices, sell-in, and sell-out).
Participate in the validation of technical designs, estimations, and scope alongside the Project Manager.
Advise the client on their evolutionary roadmap and on new AI and Agentforce capabilities applied to Consumer Goods.
Support the sales team in pre-sales and in the definition of functional proposals.
Mentor consultants, review their designs, and conduct internal training sessions.
